Rock Level Board meeting

08/15/2023 MEETING       OPENED  1752  (ALL BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT)

 

-Discussed and approved new land leases, annual club meeting, visitors, accounting procedures, and agenda.

 1.  A copy of all leases, bylaws, and agenda will be mailed to all members. Agenda will be posted on our website. ALL IN           FAVOR
 

2.  We agreed to hire a bookkeeper. Christie Landry. ALL IN FAVOR
 

3.  Club meeting date set for Sept. 9th, 2023, 12:00 noon at the Women’s club in Cross City.  236 NE 134th Street,             Cross City Fl 32628. Food will be served, and we will have a raffle for everyone.  We ask you to bring a dessert.  ALL IN   FAVOR

4.   If you have anything that you would like to have added to the agenda, please send it to Rock Level, P.O. Box 397         Horseshoe Beach, Fl, 32648 by September 1st, 2023. ALL IN FAVOR

DOG TRAINING: ALL YEAR EXCEPT (MARCH 5TH- APRIL-MAY- AUGUST-SEPTEMBER)

HOGS: ARCHERY AND MUZZLELADING STILL HUNT ONLY. HOGS CAN BE TAKEN STARTING GENERAL GUN NOVEMBER 4TH 2023 THRU MARCH 3RD 2023 WITH DOGS OR STILL HUNT. CLOSED THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR.

 

ALL BOARD MEMBERS WERE ASKED IF THEY HAD ANYTHING FUTHER TO DISCUSS BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE MEETING.
